1: copy aed_bio_particles as aed_phyto_particles
2: find and replace “bio_particles” with “phyto_particles”
3: ADD PHYTO STUFF
4: add aed_phyto_particles into aed_water (line 105)
5: add new f90 into makefile for libbed-water

@matthipsey @casper-boon was able to compile GLM from the glm-ptm branch today and access the placeholder output variables in the output.nc file - major cheers! go team 💯

@matthipsey @rqthomas thanks for your help resolving the particle height issue yesterday - it's looking good! I did check the output.nc file this morning and while the heights look reasonable, unfortunately they are still only being written to file during the second timestep - see screenshot of matrix where columns are hours of the day during a model run and rows are particles. I have to spend a bit of time over the next week or so working on a talk for ASLO but can circle back to this and try to dig in after that. Thanks!
