How to get vmTrace? [APE-1011]

Overview

Provide a simple overview of what you wish to see added. Please include:

• I want to get the whole execution vm trace given one specific transaction hash.
• However, I do not find how can I do this in ApeWorX?

I agree, this seems like a half-thought still because there are no docs or tests for this feature.
Please, if anyone has a change, consider adding docs for this, and tests, but docs are most important here since no one knows much about vmTrace; I was not one of the authors of the feature, you can see the PR here #10
