2nd Screen image wont fit on screen fully

When I display an image on my second screen it is either overblown on the 2nd monitor, or it doesn't fill the entire screen.

@erskinerobin If the Display setting is correctly set to a Monitor then it may be that your Windows display scale is set differently for your 2 monitors.
