Xbox controller inputs not working. Only bumpers work

It seems as time goes on this issue is beginning to worsen. It used to only happen once in a while not so much now. As the title states when I launch antimicrox it will see the controller but only register bumper inputs nothing else. I did however find an older post where people said a restart would fix the issue. It did, however now I am forced to restart my pc over 10 times until it registers all controller inputs. I do run it as administrator and made sure all my drivers are updated. I currently run the newest version of antimicrox. Any input on where to go from here.
