Drills still Broken in 1.33.4

From testing version 1.33.4 with a install with only Stock DLC, pathfinder, CRP and NF propulsion it seems like there are still issues with drills. I can't launch any vessel with drills on it. If You click launch then it sends you straight to the KSC. Then if you go back in the SPH/VAB the editor breaks i.e you got the vessel with the drill on but you can't edit the vessel.
