Add ability to pull streams from twitch.tv game directory for multiple games

So a new config like "pull_from_twitch":"True" or something that would mean the bot skips the parsing and getting of streams from /wiki/ (or maybe it should also do that, then do a list.extend(wiki_streams)?), and just pulls from twitch's listings page for whatever games are in allowed_games.
