Es gibt ja den Effekt "Bild: Einstellungen", in dem die Qualitätswerte für die Formate eingestellt werden kann.
Ich habe es nicht getestet, denke aber, dass die Kombi aus den Effekten bereits funktioniert.

Müsste man dann nicht 3x Effekte hinzufügen, je Dateiformat?

Nein, im Effekt stellt man ja alle Qualitätsstufen ein.
Reihenfolge der Effekte müsste auch egal sein, da die Qualitätsstufen sowieso nur vorgemerkt werden, und vom MM dann am Ende je nach Format verwendet werden.
