Population UI listing all relevant stats on one page

Posting here an entry from Discord, as requested:

I'd like to have all current stats and occupations listed on one, two pages when I open population tab, with ability to adjust the roles from there. Also, some indicator of characters' health.
Some games, like Rimworld, dealt with similar and solved them well enough that they may serve as inspiration here.

I don't have much to add than what was already written. But summary, for completion sake;

1. Yes, I know that some people want this menu.
2. Won't fit on a single screen.
3. The practical usefulness of it in terms of base efficiency and outside of 3 skills is non existent.
