Dislike count only shows when the browser window is shrunken

What happened?

The dislike count does not show unless you shrink the browser window.

How to reproduce/recreate?

1. Open the Chrome Browser.

2. Go to www.youtube.com

3. Click on any video

4. After clicking on a video, notice that the dislike counter is missing.

5. Click the "restore down" button in the top right corner of the browser window. The dislike count will be displayed.

6. Click the "maximize" button in the top right corner of the browser window. The dislike count will disappear again after the window is enlarged.
