Performance issues when adding like ~3000 items to the list #4

When I add about 3000 items to the list it get laggy a lot.
After I changed to it fixed the laggs with scrolling but not with the columns resizing when the control is maximized on 1080p monitor. Any ideas how to fix lags with columns resize?
