Edit page: checkboxes not showing up checked

Services and Ownership don't fill in with the right values. When I click on the Edit page, both are totally blank even if some of them should be checked.

i need exact spaces because I check with pages and they show up checked

Maybe it only shows up when you check boxes for the first time? I added all of the current tags to Noisebridge, and none of them show up upon clicking Edit: http://52.197.65.30:5000/uifunc/wikipage/Noisebridge20170222050901538975

This one is odd-- when I click Edit, it only shows Trading as a checked service-- even though there are additional Services shown on the wiki page: http://52.197.65.30:5000/uifunc/wikipage/Ideame20170222050901200118

The checkboxes work great!!

I have some other minor notes about the Edit page though:

• Incubating startup should be startups (plural)
• Theme should not be a mandatory field.
• Theme should be Themes (plural), a choose-multiple option with many checks. Please include all the options listed here:

• Biology/Bioengineering
• Physics
• Engineering
• Materials Science
• Big Data
• Citizen Science
• Anthropology
• Repair
• Energy
• Circular Economy
• Art and Culture
• Design
• Politics
• Journalism
• Farming and food
• Education
• Local livelihoods
• Nature and environmental protection
• Peacekeeping
• Neighborhood infrastructure and improvements
• Health
• Physical Education
• Social Justice

If those options don't all fit, we can select another category instead of Theme to include.
