It depends on whether the word that precedes it is feminine "une" or masculine "un"

Example:

• a French translation is " une traduction Française"
• a French translator is " un traducteur Français"
• a French example is " un exemple Français" or "une exemple Française" ->Here the two are different if you address a man "un " with" Français" or a woman "une" with "Française" for the same word in English 🙃

The text on bottom is the language name translated in the current language.

So I want the correct translation of the word French in the French language in this context.

translated = " Traduction" and not language "langue"

But in general in apps the devs don't bother with this, because in feminine the words are most longer

But So if you really want the very correct language for translation, because you don't have the word "in" after the word "translation" so all will be feminine.

you should all replace :
-"Choisissez la langue" in " Choisissez la traduction"
