Can't download documents in non-English languages

Not sure if this issue is with bound-dms or with the app, or both. If the app, then also needs to be fixed for iOS (AmericanRedCross/arc-cie-ios-client#3).

A file that has been downloaded in English, will show as Exported in English and other languages as well. No matter which language you are in. The document still shows up as the English version when you open it. When you try and download a document while in a language other than English, an error results.

i can download files while in non-English languages. but it downloads the english version.
