We could centralize messages formatting as Slack notifications were introduced in #1207

As we can potentially extend this PR to cover other notifications, we could refactor and generalize logging messages with notification ones https://github.com/AmazeeLabs/silverback-mono/blob/development/packages/npm/%40amazeelabs/publisher/src/server/logging.ts#L49 and https://github.com/AmazeeLabs/silverback-mono/blob/development/packages/npm/%40amazeelabs/publisher/src/server/logging.ts#L74
