Huge FPS drop when equipping the Radiant Bismarck Knight Cuisses Plates #9

The Bismarck set is fine but the trousers (Cuisses plates). I had solid 60fps but when I put the trouser armour it drops to 35 and even to 25fps, and also there's a weird tiny particles that floats on the trousers when running or riding roach.
