No <legend> content for radio buttons in Grid

Description of the bug

When using the Grid component along with radio buttons, the for

grouping becomes empty, even though we specify this for the title. The consequence for this is for this example, that "Fra Noreg" is not read out when you are on the option "Ja" or "Nei" using a screen reader.

However, when screen width becomes smaller or when you zoom in, the content is set in the tag.

Why is there a difference here, and what causes to have content in one viewport but not in another on the same page?

Steps To Reproduce

Make sure that content is added in the tag also in default viewport.
