I dag får man en 500 feilmelding om man prøver å initialisere en FileTransfer i det scenarioet hvor man ikke har opprettet en service owner i formidlingstjenesten.

Ved initialisering, sjekk at service owner eksisterer og gi korrekt tilbakemelding.
