Automatically create an account for uffd when participant is accepted for an event.

We should take care here that we sufficently deduplicate the participants.
I'd imagine participants use different mails for different events (e.g. parents mail/own mail), which could cause chaos in case we create an SSO account for both.

uffd generally provides an URL that allows you to create an account & not force it. Therefore it is possible for participants to just log in and get their group assigned with the same URL that would allow them to onboard initially.
