Cell type assignement

Hi @tanyasg,

thanks for providing the code and data for the paper, it's very appreciated. One thing I couldn't find was the cluster -> cell type assignment, that is which cells are ate CMs, etc. From fig 1D of the paper I can deduce that iPSC = cluster 1; PCM = cluster 12, etc, in this seurat object:

Is this correct?
