Please describe the problem that needs to be solved by this feature
Users do not currently have an expectation for plugin performance on CPU vs GPU
How important is this feature to you? (Software team will re-prioritize all tickets based on current workload)
High Priority
Describe the solution you'd like
When users go to run the plugin for the first time, I would like a dialog box to appear. I would like the dialog box to search the users' computer for CPU vs GPU details. Based on those details, I would like the box language to indicate what the user could expect vs not for performance. For example, if they only have a CPU, include language that training a model on CPU is often time-consuming and a model night not be trained.
Describe alternatives you've considered
If detecting the computer specs is too much, then just including language in the dialog to let users know they should run the plugin on a workstation with a GPU if possible and to expect lower performance (or even failure?) if trying to train a large model on CPU.
