Please describe the problem that needs to be solved by this feature
Giving users a way to pull weights from existing models and using these to train a new model

How important is this feature to you? (Software team will re-prioritize all tickets based on current workload)

Describe the solution you'd like
We need a way for users to specify a model to pull weights from, and be able to train another model using these base weights
