Hello,

I am trying at a workshop showing some colleagues how to use the Lookup Table Demo Jupyter notebooks but I noticed some Python packages (eg: itkwidgets) no longer work on newer versions of Python. These notebooks work on Python 3.7, but would it be possible to upgrade the packages in aics-segmentation so that they are compatible with newer versions of Python? Would love for the documentation to be updated as well.

We are using Conda version 24.7.1 to install/update packages.

Thanks so much!
