Plants mod Saplings no longer work with Bonsai

Expected Behavior

All saplings should work with the Bonsai pots.

Current Behavior

Saplings from the Plants mod cannot be planted in Bonsai pots. This worked in v1.5.4, but does not work in v1.6.0

Possible Solution

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Bonsai Pot
2. Attempt to plant a Plants mod sapling, such as Ashen, Blazing, with Netherack or Incense Cedar on Grass

Detailed Description

I upgraded from a 1.5.4 to 1.6.0 today, and all the Plants mod saplings do not work with the Bonsai pots anymore. And all ones which were previously planted have disappeared from their pots. They still show up in the recipes as a valid input for the Bonsai pot.
