The DE tablet is broken (the link provided by the project intelligence mod is broken)

How do you awaken the dragon in DE? I can't find hardly any info on DE for minecraft 1.12.2 and from what I can tell, the charged draconium block isn't even a craftable item anymore, which was used in the ritual of awakening.

I'm trying to get more hearts, but don't know how if I can't awaken the dragon.

ATM3: Remix v. 1.5.9a & 1.6.0

Re-summon dragon by making 4 end crystals and placing them around the end portal in the end.
