[Bug]: Non functional reformation

I tried first on 2.29 then on 2.34

What happened?

Any reformation that uses rare mob drops doesn't seem to be working. I tried Alchemical sulfer Elitra wings, Wither skulls, ghast tears, and shulker shells. None of them worked.

couldn't reproduce on 2.34, are you sure your setup is correct?
this is how I tested wither skulls and it worked:

I was only used one source pedestal for most of my tests no mention of using more than one in all the documentation I could find. Might want to add that to the guide book. Thanks for the explanation though.
