[Bug]: Iron Spikes behaviour does not match Tool Tip

What happened?

The Iron spikes have the following tooltip:

But mobs killed with it don't drop Exp orbs. Mobs killed with the Mob Grinding Utils mob masher item does drop orbs. I propose that either the iron spikes should drop Exp, or the tooltip of the iron spikes should be adjusted to reflect the observed behavior.

Works as intended on 2.34

Tried on different mobs spawned from IF Mob Duplicator / Apothic Spawners / Dreadfull Dirt.
