[Quests issues]: Forbidden and Arcanus Soul Extractor

Describe the issue

I have made two of the soul extractors from forbidden and arcanus and it has not completed the quest and I have even used it to get the souls from the soulsand and picked up the souless sand

I had to use the soul looting to get a corrupted soul before it completed it

Did you have the dependencies completed? I'm not sure why else that quest wouldn't complete.
