Browsing to be able to download files

What problem or use case are you trying to solve?

This applies to BrowsingAgent, CodeActAgent, and any other agent(s) that support browsing feature. It seems the agent sometimes have the illusion that it can download files from the web to its ~/Downloads folder. 🤣 and apparently it doesn't have that capability yet... the hilarious part is the agent doesn't know about that fact; it will get confused by the fact that there's no ~/Downloads folder.

Do you have thoughts on the technical implementation?

I am not sure if BrowserGym/PlayWright even supports this.
