Toolbar button 'New file'- remove it?

I wanted to remove the first 'New file' btn with its dropdown arrow.

• the less buttons the better
• new file can be created by click on '+' on ui-tabs

do you agree?

Never used toolbar, but I think it's fine if there's already the + button in tabs bar.
