Stop Working whit IFTTT - Google Assistant v2 #129
Comments
Yeah, sadly, Google have decided to be super restrictive all of a sudden - which is truly sad. If a community member is willing to, they can contact me and I can provide the ACC IFTTT login details. Software breaks - and in this case it broke because of Google, something that is sadly completely all out of mine or IFTTT's hands. I'll keep the issue open if anyone stumbling by, or yourself, @Fob-io, wishes to help re-create the applets. |
thank you so much for your time. If anyone from the community has created any new Applets, please link them under this thread |
Hi Albert! I messaged you via email about the IFTTT google issue. If you need someone to re-create the applets, I could give it a shot! |
@NachiThePanda hmh, haven't received anything. I think @shelbyKiraM is on it, but could be in need of help - thanks for the offer! I'll let @shelbyKiraM delegate if needed. |
I managed to create an applet to work with google assistant V2. I published it you can search ACCV2 shutdown in IFTTT. I’m not going to publish more, you can create your own using the old applets as a template.
You will need to link IFTTT in your google home app as follows
1. Open the Google Home app on your Android or iOS device. In the Works with Google section under Settings, add IFTTT. Please note: The settings icon from your home screen should be pressed, not your account icon in top right.
2. Log in to your IFTTT account.

Can someone please make a "computer sleep" applet for One Drive with V2? |
@AlbertMN has there been any updates with the changes to the applets to google's V2 assistant? I haven't heard of anything and just want to make sure that some applets can be used |
Nothing official from me at least. Best thing you can do is check out the ACC Discord server - I think some applets have been shared here. |
Hi, a few weeks my Google Assistant started saying that to continue using the integration I would have to update the Applets on IFTTT because they would release a new version.
I was about to leave for the holidays and therefore I have postponed until now, how can we solve? All Applets for Google Home should be redone from 0
I currently I have not succeeded. There are various errors and it doesn't work
