This is a (Bug Report / Feature Proposal)

🎩 Description

For bug reports:

Webpacker can't find decidim_dev.css in /app/public/decidim-packs/manifest.json
It should successfully run in the docker environment.
I have not changed any config. I am using as it is.

Just follow the docker compose command to run the application.:
