Add sports and societies section

As per Ellie's hust, we need a Sports and Societies area of the site.

We still need to gather requirements, but from what she said earlier, we need the entire section to be protected based on group (creating a separate Sports and Societies group).

It will contain a blog page, so that she can blog regarding gym news, along with forms to possibly request new equipment?? Also, potentially add news updates regarding sport, although I would expect this to be more public (i.e. on the main public site, and not a private section).
