help with dialogue “ special character

• we could had a button/helper to add this special character (right now I have to copy paste it to have it...)
• or a dedicated dialogue helper:
  • we could add a linter, validating a text with rules: translation_id, dialogue begin/end, line breaks
  • and/or a template that you could add by clicking a button
