Test the following scenarios:

m1 sets m2 as delegate: m3 submit, m1 votes --> must revert
then m3 submit, m2 votes --> must see "Yes: 2"
then m3 sets m2 as delegate, m4 submit, m2 votes --> must see "Yes: 3"
then m3 sets himself as delegate, m4 submit, m2 votes --> must see "Yes: 2"
