[Feature Request]: Redesign PYQ Page and Implement Question Paper Viewing/Downloading Features

I would like to propose enhancements to the PYQ (Previous Year Question Papers) page to improve its design and functionality. Specifically, the enhancements include:

1. Beautify the Page
2. Add QP View/Download Feature

Use Case

Students and educators frequently need to access previous year question papers for study and preparation. By beautifying the PYQ page and adding view and download features, users will be able to:

• Quickly locate and view question papers without unnecessary clicks or page navigations.
• Easily download the necessary documents for offline use and printing.

Benefits

Enhancements will improve the PYQ page's usability and appearance, allowing users to easily view and download question papers. This will streamline access, enhance user experience, and support better study preparation.

I assigned you. Start working on it
And make sure all pyq all subjects available according to even and odd semester.
For that you can use syllabus from syllabus section and arrange it accordingly
