[Bug]: Horizontal scroll bar has appeared which is hiding content

Describe the bug

When I landed on review page There was a form To write review where it was expanding more than it should be and that's the reason why there is a scroll bar that hides back button when scrolled this isn't good As UI Needs to be cleared
** Steps to get there**
Step 1 : go to homepage
step 2 : surf to review page using review us button try entering your details there is a horizontal scroll bar and one more thing the rating that is being received should not exceed value from one to 5 but it is limitless you can enter anything in i.e., number

Expected behavior

There should not be any scroll bar that means bid should be set properly
In the input field there should be limit to enter ratings
The back button that is being provided should be visible which is Hidden due to That horizontal scroll bar and content shift
