[PE-D][Tester C] User Guide Invalid Example Command

While following the user guide, one of the first few commands the user guide has prompted me to test out do not work.

Specifically, the example command they provided as shown below

add n/John Doe p/98765432 e/[email protected] a/John street, block123, #1-01 t/High Risk m/Wheat d/25th July 1989

does not work.

Upon further investigation, I realise this is because of a documentation bug, and the application does show a valid suggested command I can use.
