Hi all! I want to say thank you to this community for providing a free, open source platform for high-fidelity spacecraft simulations. I am only an undergraduate student and intend to use Basilisk for my senior thesis this upcoming year, regarding adaptive, vision-based attitude control of docked/combined systems. As a "first project," to get acquainted with Basilisk beyond the tutorials, I'd hoped to implement my own basic feedback controller, but can this be done in Python? I haven't done much in the way of writing modules, and would be willing to learn C if it is an absolute necessity for low-level controller design, but also, navigating the nested header files in the source code seemed like it would be quite time consuming and overwhelming, and I don't want to burn that time if I could otherwise be doing something more productive. Apologies for my inexperience, but thank you for your time!
