On iPhone 7, in Chrome, if you open the mobile nav, and then open a dropdown menu (departments or more), and then scroll while it is open the dropdown closes.

When scrolling, the window resizes and the sub-menu closes.

The resize function needs to be modified to check if the width is still the same so the sub-menu stays open
