Test different configurations

Current testing infrastructure provides basic integration tests to ensure the default configuration works. In particular, it will only attempt to run Omnistat with the following configurations: omnistat-system.config and omnistat-user.config.

While some options are hard to test without spawning an entirely new Docker Compose environment, we should be able to cover more use cases and provide some testing using the user-mode environment. Candidate options to be included in user-mode testing:

• port
• enable_annotations
• job_detection_mode
• job_detection_file
