Currently Mods cannot be packaged to android on their own, which has been a source of confusion.

Solutions:

  1. Automatically Generate a Windows ZIP with the Android patch
  2. Tell users that Android must be generated alongside another Version
  3. Allow Android to be generated as it's own ZIP

Few notes:

  1. is not possible to do on its own, as the Android patch needs the Android APK

  2. also should not be done on its own, as then Desktop users would be unable to create APKs for their phone anymore.

  3. should be done in the short term. Whenever Android has a real alternative to the Desktop AM2RLauncher, 3)+1) should be done instead

Above commit addressed 2), but since long term options are still appreciated, I'll leave this open for now.
