Hi @RafaelPalomar,
I am trying to segment two CT images using Liver-slicer extension in Slicer 5.4.0 version
1)Normal Liver
2) triphasic CT of space occupying lesion of liver

I need to segment the liver with its vasculature so that it can be 3D printed.

The issue i am facing is:-
When i load CT image of patients and download 'LiverSegmentation000' from sample data,
The segments being created are not from Patient CT but are from 'LiverSegmentation000' ,
because of this i a not able to get Patient specific segmentation and even though there is no tumor in one of the CT images it is showing under 'segment editor'..

Please let me know how to resolve this, and steps that need to be followed.
And please let me know if any other information is required.
I would be grateful for your assistance.

PS:-I have already referred the YouTube video which was given under documentation .

@kruthi-manakari, Slicer-Liver does not provide segmentation tools, but tools to plan surgery. 3D Slicer, though, comes with some powerful tools to do segmentation (not specific for the liver). There are some more specific tools for segmentation in the RVessel-X Slicer extension. You can also give it a try to TotalSegmentator (which will probably delineate the liver to some capacity, but for vessels and tumors you need to use something else).

In essence, before you use Slicer-Liver you need to have segmented your images already.

Hello @RafaelPalomar,
As per your suggestion i tried segmenting the liver using TotalSegmentator and manual segmentation methods and was able to segment the vessels successfully.
