@kruthi-manakari, Slicer-Liver does not provide segmentation tools, but tools to plan surgery. 3D Slicer, though, comes with some powerful tools to do segmentation (not specific for the liver). There are some more specific tools for segmentation in the RVessel-X Slicer extension. You can also give it a try to TotalSegmentator (which will probably delineate the liver to some capacity, but for vessels and tumors you need to use something else).
In essence, before you use Slicer-Liver you need to have segmented your images already.
