In this case the "peach" coloured spike in the Vascular Territory Label Map should have been blue.

Possible solution:

1. User documentation should clearly specify to avoid overlapping centerlines.
2. Implement logic to avoid these artifacts. Filter out such "spikes" by looking at the annotation of nearby voxels, or prioritise one of the centerlines in overlapping spaces.
