Please respect GTK2_RC_FILES env var, and use $XDG_DATA_HOME/icons instead of ~/.icons #6

I really like your app, thanks!

But each time it creates ~/.gtkrc-2.0 and ~/.icons.

The ~/.icons and ~/.themes directories are deprecated in favor of $XDG_DATA_HOME/{icons,themes}.

GTK2 respects the GTK2_RC_FILES environment variable and doesn't even read ~/.gtkrc-2.0 when that is defined.

I hope it's not too much to ask; I'm not good with python.
