Where is Indic ASR model?

I have seen an ASR model running on Rest api Inference..
One is ASR for Indic languages
Second is ASR for Indian english by Whisper
Third is Conformer for Indic ASR
Why none of these models are available in huggingface?
Why no documentation, no links and updates regarding this, why nothing on here GitHub?
Looking forward to seeing more..
