This is still an alpha version so do not rely on the API as it
contains many stubs and will probably change. We are releasing it so
that there is a clear declaration of dependencies on some other
projects that are being released with support for geomm.
- Extensive changes to APIs concerning centering and periodic boundary conditions
- Started proper documentation and website
- addition of simple calculations for kinetic energy of frames given velocities
- Arrhenius equation calculation functions (not geometry based I know…)
Before this time is considered pre-history. geomm is still in alpha
and so we do not document the changes in detail at this point.
