I've always seemed to have this issue with Keyguard but can't find any information elsewhere regarding a fix for this. Whenever I try to copy and item to my organisation/collection, I am met with an error for that item "Sync Failed" and "Couldn't Sync the Item, Item not Found"
The only way to clear "Sync Failed" is to delete the item entirely. If I copy and item to my organisation in the Bitwarden app, it immediately copies and there are no issues at all.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create an Item for your Vault
Click on Copy to...
Select your Organization and click OK
See Sync Failed Error

Keyguard to Sync account and item to successfully copy into Organization

App version 1.7.3 (however I have been a Keyguard User for 10 months and have always had this issue across multiple android devices.

Yes I use the official bitwarden server.
I had a look through settings on the Bitwarden app & website as well as keyguard app to see if I had anything turned on that I shouldn't and all looks okay to me.
All policies should be default, it's a simple two person organisation for sharing passwords with my partner.
It seems when I try to copy and item to my organisation, it will duplicate the item in the list with one showing the sync error and upon clicking on it, it will show "item not found". Once I delete that one forever, the account will sync as usual.
I have recreated this error on more than one android device through my bitwarden account on the keyguard app
