The firewall config tasks are not idempotent :

TASK: [head-node | Enabled masquerading] ************************************** 
changed: [ce01-node001.c4.csir.co.za]

TASK: [head-node | Unload modules on restart and stop] ************************ 
changed: [ce01-node001.c4.csir.co.za]

TASK: [head-node | Save current firewall rules on stop] *********************** 
changed: [ce01-node001.c4.csir.co.za]

TASK: [head-node | Save current firewall rules on restart] ******************** 
changed: [ce01-node001.c4.csir.co.za]

They are changed on every run.
