Some API-layer term rename suggestions to show direct alignment with Darwin Core:

Organism

sex => dwcSex
lifeStage => dwcLifeStage

Determination

verbatimScientificName => dwcVerbatimIdentification
determinationRemarks => dwcIdentificationRemarks
typeStatus => dwcTypeStatus
scientificName => dwcScientificName
determinedOn => dwcDateIdentified
qualifier => dwcIdentificationQualifier

That would need to be submitted as a PR on the specs https://github.com/DINA-Web/collection-specs . Then we could change the API (and ui) to follow the changes.

Considering this will be disruptive, do we have any appetite for it or are we content to kick it down the hill when it comes to export mapping and the like?
