Issue Category

Safe loading issue, doesnt load on any interface

What happened?

User is getting this error when loading safe account to the Android mobile app. This is the first time user is using the safe mobile app on Huawei Mate X3, Android 12.

Tried clearing cache and data but cannot proceed after entering a Safe name.

Already tried connecting to wifi and mobile data but the issue persists. Also tried reinstalling the app multiple times but same issue.
User has no other device to test, but I also did a test on Android 13 and 10 and it works fine on my end. Android 13 is not available on Huawei Mate X3.
User also tried adding the demo safe account on ETH mainnet but the same issue.

Could you check with the user that there is no safe in the added safes, please?
The message below shows that the address was already added on the device in the app

Hi @liliya-soroka Yes, I have checked this with the user, and there are still no safes added.

Hi @liliya-soroka , another mobile user is having the same issue shared above.

Android mobile specs:
Google Pixel 8 running GrapheneOS without Google Play Services installed. Safe app installed via Aurora Store.

User is also asking if Google Play Services is required for the app to work?

Thank you!
